Obtaining Base Building Plans
Before begin any renovation project, you will need to obtain the documents that are on-file with your local jurisdictions building planning department. These documents include a site survey of the the property lot, building plans, and (sometimes) elevations.

If you are working with an Architect, we recommend requesting they supply us with a digital PDF copy.
If you are not working with an Architect, your jurisdiction have a copy, nor do you possess a copy, then they must be generated. We are able to provide this service at an additional cost to clients in major metropolitan areas in Canada.
