The University of British Columbia is located down from West Point Grey overlooking English Bay. One of the ways it is a great resource is their horticultural programs and store where you can find unique elements and inspirations for your gardens
Arbutus Greenway.
While training for the Tour de Cure we have found some great cycling routes. This landmark started life as a railway line that some still have a living memory of. Now it has become a 9 km artery for both walking and cycling in line with Arbutus St. Eventually connecting Vancouver with Richmond.
Southlands Nursery
Take your green thumb and treasure hunt through their extensive options out on Balaclava. They are a bit of an local institution.
The Rhododendron Walk.
One of our favourite parts of Stanley park is the Ted + Mary Greig Rhododendron Garden. It is a rewarding walk any time between March and September. The Rhodo’s are pretty spectacular when they are in bloom.
The Seawall.
Wrapping around most of the shoreline of the city is our 28 km long seawall. Whether you are walking or cycling there is a place for you to enjoy the water views. It connects so many municipal neighbourhoods together.

We noticed Comor were participating sponsors of the Tour de Cure and have appreciated them ever since. They provide quality advice and help with all things cycling. They are also known for many other types of sporting needs.
One defining Vancouver landmark is Granville Island. It is designed to be a hub for the studios of creatives and unique local businesses. The Island is home to many types of experiences and gourmet options. Local Vancouverites appreciate the community of boutiques, houseboats, artist studios, eateries and the Public Market. In the summer it is full of tourists, local foot traffic shopping for their groceries, and people spending the day. Little walk on ferries connect the communities of False Creek, Yaletown, Science World, Granville Slopes, and Kitsilano with Granville Island. It means there is always something happening on this little island with the different festivals like the Jazz and comedy festivals. Its a great spot for almost every age (remember there is the Kids Only Market)

Meet our Creative Director
Corey Klassen (he/they) is the only CMKBD, Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer in Vancouver who is also working across both the province of British Columbia and Canada. It is Corey’s personal mission to elevate the world of kitchen design for homeowners who want a beautiful, well-planned, and fitted kitchen — and he goes beyond a traditional interior designers approach by stepping into immersive and in-depth knowledge of a kitchens infrastructure needs, safe planning requirements, extensive appliance and fixture experience, regional code-compliance, and custom cabinet design.
A kitchen designed in Corey’s style is crisp, integrated, and honest. Typical finishes and materials will center around a contemporary style of hidden hardware and appliances, secret storage spaces, and a pragmatic tile-work design cumulating in an approach that says, “Less, really is more”.
Working with Corey is straight-forward and he will work on the technical aspects of your dream kitchen with steadfastness, intense resolve, and a deep passion of culinary culture.
