Arbutus Greenway.

While training for the Tour de Cure we have found some great cycling routes. This landmark started life as a railway line that some still have a living memory of. Now it has become a 9 km artery for both walking and cycling in line with Arbutus St. Eventually connecting Vancouver with Richmond.

The Rhododendron Walk.

One of our favourite parts of Stanley park is the Ted + Mary Greig Rhododendron Garden. It is a rewarding walk any time between March and September. The Rhodo’s are pretty spectacular when they are in bloom.

The Seawall.

Wrapping around most of the shoreline of the city is our 28 km long seawall. Whether you are walking or cycling there is a place for you to enjoy the water views. It connects so many municipal neighbourhoods together.

Corey Klassen (he/they) is the only CMKBD, Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer in Vancouver who is also working across both the province of British Columbia and Canada. It is Corey’s personal mission to elevate the world of kitchen design for homeowners who want a beautiful, well-planned, and fitted kitchen — and he goes beyond a traditional interior designers approach. By applying an in-depth knowledge of a kitchens infrastructure needs, safe planning requirements, extensive appliance and fixture experience, regional code-compliance, and custom cabinet design.

A kitchen designed in Corey’s vision is crisp, integrated, and honest no matter the style. Typical finishes and materials will centre around a contemporary hidden hardware and appliances, secret storage spaces, and a pragmatic tile-work design cumulating in an approach that says, “Less, really is more”.

Whytecliff Park

Near Horseshoe Bay is this park overlooking Bowen Island, Howe Sound, and Gambier Island. It is a great destination for a picnic, strolling on the beach during low tide, and hiking. We found it a great destination when doing the North Shore Spirit Trail.

Not only have we been a client. We are a fan of re-using pieces in our projects. This gem of an artisan and weaver regularly travels across Canada. Allowing Canadians along her route to have their heirlooms and mid century pieces re-caned.
